Random Mid-Week Thoughts

Last weekend J and I went to a wedding reception of two of his friends from high school. They got married in Jamaica, and had the reception a few weekends later. Since it was in J's home town we stayed the night with his parents and in the morning we woke up to this. Dog and Baby. Both captivated by a squirrel.

I love orange juice with snacks like popcorn or pretzels but not so much with breakfast. Anytime I fly I get orange juice in a cup of ice.

Do you ever have those days where you have grand dreams of getting tons of things done only to realize you accomplished hardly any of them? Today was one of those days.

We celebrated our engagement with some of J's friends at a hibachi restaurant. Ginger salad dressing? Um, yeah. I could drink that stuff straight from the bottle.

I wish a lot of my friends lived much closer.

My sister is moving back home in a week and a half after living in Georgia the past 10 years.

Despite the fact that swimsuit season is just around the corner, I cannot for the life of me seem to get motivated to work out. wtf.

There are about a billion new recipes I want to try. If only I had time to actually make them. Beef and Broccoli stir fry anyone?

I can't spell broccoli. There should be two i's.

  1. I want to know a lot more than I do. I wish I spent more time doing things and less time looking up what to do or how to do them. (you know, like actually reading a book instead of spending hours making a book wish list...)

I miss you and the girls SO FRICKIN' MUCH.
