Pinterest Project {Breakfast in a tin}

Upon pinning this

I knew I needed to make it right away. J loves eggs, bacon, and toast, and often piles them on top of each other before eating anyways so I thought this would be a cute way to serve it. I also think these would be perfect for a brunch.

What you'll need:
-muffin tin
-bread
-eggs
-bacon
(you'll need one of each per muffin)
*I think these would also be good with turkey bacon, sausage, or even meat free bacon strips.

1. Flatten the bread with your hand or a rolling pin and cut out 8in. circle. I just used the rim of a glass we had. You want the bread to stick out of the muffin tin a little bit.
(don't mind the plate, we're trying to use up plastic plates leftover from Ben's bday)

Spray the muffin tin with non-stick spray and place the bread in tin. Lightly butter the inside of the bread.

2. Cook the bacon until it's almost done. Don't cook it all the way as it will continue to cook in the oven. Place the bacon over the bread.

3. Crack your egg in the center of the bacon and bread.

Bake in the oven at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes, until the egg yolk is white.

Enjoy!
