Outfits, Outdoors, and a Martian

Random enough title for ya?

We have been loving the temperatures lately! 80 degrees is such a nice change from 105. Ben has been so excited to get out of the house and ride his bike until he can't ride anymore. We've gotten to know our new neighborhood quite well. All the streets around us are cul-de-sacs which makes for perfect bike riding.

I'm on week 2 of the fashion challenge. This week I had my most favorite outfit and one that I will definitely not be wearing again.

First up, the one I loved.
Skirt Express recent//Cardigan Marshalls recent//Shirt Charlette Rouse//Necklace Forever 21//Watch Kenneth Cole via Nordstrom//Shoes Target

Shorts The Limited//Shirt Target//Shoes Target//Watch Kenneth Cole via Nordstrom

Shorts The Limited//Shirt Gap//Watch Kenneth Cole via Nordstrom//Shoes Marshalls

And the outfit I hate. Just no on the whole thing.
Skirt Victoria's Secret Online//Cardigan???//Shirt???//Necklace NY&CO//Braclet Gift//Shoes NY&CO

Pants Target//Cardigan Marshalls recent//Shirt Target//Watch Kenneth Cole via Nordstrom//Bracelets Forever 21//Shoes Target

And the same outfit from day to night
Changed: shoes Target//necklace Forever 21//Earrings Payless/Swapped more bracelets for the watch

And where do the martians fit in?
Well the United States successfully landed on Mars again and to celebrate J built this lego creation for Ben.
Pretty cool huh?

How cool is it that we can look at live footage from the surface of Mars n our living room on the Ipad!
Yes, Ben is watching one Ipad, J has his Ipad in his lap, and there may or may not be another charging in our bedroom. Someone has a problem with ordering Apple products. Cough J cough.

  1. The first outfit on the list is my favorite too. I love the colors. Speaking of the heck does everyone in your neighborhood keep their grass so green when everybody else's yards in town are dead?! Looks beautiful! I can't wait to see the house!

    1. underground sprinklers. what's not nice is the water bill that comes with the green grass. we've since cut back a little on the watering:)
