5 Ingredient Stuffed Peppers

5 Ingredient Stuffed Peppers is the perfect weeknight meal as it can be prepared ahead of time and then just popped in the oven when you're ready to eat. This recipe makes 2 peppers but double it if you need more or buy smaller peppers:)

What You'll Need:
-2 green peppers
-1/2 lb hamburger
-2 cups rice
-12 oz (1/2 jar) Preggo's Chunky Garden Combo spaghetti sauce 
-1/2 cup (or more if you like cheese) shredded mozzarella

While hamburger is browning, pre-heat oven to 425 degrees. Cook rice according to directions. I recommend using the minute rice. It cuts down on the cooking time and tastes just as good as the 20 minute stuff. 

Once rice and hamburger are cooked, combine in a pan with sauce and 1/4 c mozzarella. Wash and scoop out the inside of the peppers. Place the mixture inside the peppers, pressing it in as far as it goes twss Top the peppers with the remaining 1/4 c cheese.

Stand peppers in a small baking dish that's been filled with 1 inch of water. Cover and bake at 425 degrees for 15-20min or until peppers are tender.
