Music to Motivate You

It's no surprise that I love a good jam. If I'm feeling tired, unmotivated, or in a bad mood, blasting some loud music can usually snap me out of it. If you follow me on Instagram you may even catch me rocking out to some of my favorite tunes. I don't know whether I should say I'm Sorry or You're Welcome. 

One hard and true fact about me is that I CANNOT workout without music. In the past I've tried reading or watching a show but I don't work out nearly has long or has hard without music. And since I'm always curious as to what other people are listening to, I thought I'd share some of my favorite workout songs.  


I listen to all my music through Apple Music. My husband and I have a family sharing plan and I love that it's an inexpensive way to access all the songs or albums I would possibly want.
